Safety

Is Nerve Savior Safe? Side Effects and Who Should Skip It

Quick answer

No study has tested Nerve Savior itself, so its risks come from its 11 ingredients. Common effects are mild: nausea, cramps, headache or dizziness. Rarer risks are bleeding with blood thinners, liver injury from green tea extract and nerve symptoms from too much vitamin B6. It is adults only. Ask your doctor first if you take medicines.

Key facts

  • No trial of Nerve Savior exists, so side effects are inferred from its ingredients.
  • The label says Adult Use Only, and to consult a physician if you are pregnant, nursing or have a known medical condition.
  • Ginkgo may add to bleeding risk if you take a blood thinner like warfarin.
  • Green tea extract can lower levels of nadolol and atorvastatin, and rare liver injury has been reported.
  • Vitamin B6 is capped by label math at about 86 mg, but the real amount is not printed.
  • Himalayan pink salt adds roughly 22 to 240 mg of sodium per serving by label math.

The short answer

Is Nerve Savior safe to take?

For many healthy adults, the doses are probably small. Eleven ingredients share 600 mg, so each one gets a limited share. But “probably” is the best word we have. No study has tested this product, and the label prints no amounts.

Natural does not always mean safe. NCCIH says so plainly (NCCIH, Using Supplements Wisely). Safety here depends on your age, your health and, most of all, your medicines. Read the rest of this page with your own medicine list beside you.

Ingredient by ingredient

Which side effects can Nerve Savior cause?

The likeliest side effects are stomach-related and mild. Headache and dizziness are possible too. This table shows what government sources say about each ingredient, with the most it could weigh by label math.

Possible side effects or cautions for each ingredient, with label-math ceilings per serving
IngredientAt mostReported effects or cautions
Himalayan pink salt600 mgAdds sodium; matters on a low-salt diet (CDC, Sodium)
Cinnamon extract300 mgCoumarin in cassia cinnamon linked to liver effects (NCCIH, Cinnamon)
AGP choline200 mgAt high intakes: fishy body odor, sweating, low blood pressure (ODS, Choline)
Bacopa150 mgNausea, cramps, loose stools, dry mouth (LiverTox, Bacopa)
Bilberry leaf100 mgLeaves may be unsafe in high doses or long-term use (NCCIH, Bilberry)
Vitamin B6About 86 mgLong-term excess can cause numbness and poor coordination (ODS, Vitamin B6)
Ginkgo75 mgDizziness, stomach upset, headache; bleeding risk with blood thinners (NCCIH, Ginkgo)
Green tea extract54.5 mgCaffeine; rare liver injury, usually 1 to 6 months in (LiverTox, Green Tea)

The B6 point

Could the B6 in Nerve Savior bring on tingling?

It can, if your total B6 stays too high for too long. Large doses of B6 cause numbness, sensory changes and trouble with coordination, which are the same symptoms many buyers hope to ease (MedlinePlus, Vitamin B6). NINDS lists excess B6 as a known vitamin-related cause of neuropathy (NINDS, Peripheral Neuropathy).

The label hides the amount. Its ceiling is about 86 mg, which is under the U.S. upper limit of 100 mg but above the 12 mg limit that European regulators set in 2023 (ODS, Vitamin B6). Most adults need only 1.3 to 1.7 mg of B6 a day. Count every B6 source, such as a multivitamin or a B-complex. If tingling gets worse after you start, stop and tell your doctor.

Medicines

Which medicines can interact with Nerve Savior?

Known and possible interactions between ingredients and common medicines

Supplements should never replace a prescribed medicine, the FDA says (FDA 101, Supplements). Tell every provider about every supplement you take (ODS, What You Need to Know).

Who should wait

Who should not take Nerve Savior?

The label says Adult Use Only, so children and teens should not take it. These groups should get a doctor’s okay before the first capsule:

  • Pregnant or nursing mothers. The label asks them to consult a physician.
  • Anyone with a known medical condition, which is how the label words it.
  • People on blood thinners, nadolol, atorvastatin or diabetes medicine.
  • People with liver disease or a past reaction to green tea extract.
  • People told to limit sodium for blood pressure, heart or kidney reasons.
  • Anyone already taking high-dose vitamin B6.

Two special cases

What about the liver and the salt?

LiverTox rates green tea extract as a well-established cause of liver injury in pill form, usually 1 to 6 months after starting. It is rare, and green tea extract is the smallest ingredient here, at most 54.5 mg (LiverTox, Green Tea). But the amount is not printed. Stop and call a doctor if you see yellow skin or eyes, dark urine or pain in the upper right belly.

Salt is first in the blend. Table salt is about 40% sodium (CDC, Sodium). By label math the blend adds roughly 22 to 240 mg of sodium per serving. That is small for most adults. It is worth counting if your doctor gave you a sodium number.

Warning signs

When should you stop and call a doctor?

  • Unusual bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums or black stools.
  • Yellow skin or eyes, dark urine or pain under the right ribs.
  • Tingling, numbness or clumsiness that is new or getting worse.
  • A rash, swelling or trouble breathing. Get emergency care.
  • A stomach upset or headache that does not pass.

Never take extra capsules to catch up on a missed day. The label says not to exceed the recommended dose.

Speak up

How do you report a bad reaction?

Get care first, and keep the bottle with its label. Then tell your doctor. You can also file a report with the FDA’s MedWatch safety program yourself, without a doctor. Include the product name, when you started and your other medicines.

You can tell the seller through your eBay order page, or call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480. The listing shows a 30-day return window, and a return is a purchase term, not a medical step.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Nerve Savior safe?

Nobody can say for sure, because no trial of Nerve Savior exists. Its ingredients have known effects, and the doses are probably small. Safety depends on your age, health and medicines, so ask your doctor or pharmacist first.

Does Nerve Savior have side effects?

It can. Bacopa can cause nausea and loose stools, ginkgo can cause headache and dizziness, and green tea extract contains caffeine. Most are mild at small doses. Stop and call a doctor if anything feels wrong.

Can Nerve Savior cause tingling or numbness?

Possibly, through its vitamin B6. Too much B6 over months can cause numbness and poor coordination. The B6 amount is not printed, so if tingling starts or worsens, stop and tell your doctor.

Is Nerve Savior safe with blood thinners like warfarin?

Only with your doctor’s approval. It contains ginkgo, which may raise bleeding risk with anticoagulants and with antiplatelet drugs. Your prescriber can judge the risk.

Can I take Nerve Savior every day?

The label sets a dose of 2 capsules a day between meals, or whatever your healthcare provider directs, and says not to exceed it. Long-term use raises other questions, such as B6 build-up, so check in with your doctor.

Is Nerve Savior safe during pregnancy?

Not without your doctor’s approval. The label asks pregnant or nursing mothers to see a physician first. No pregnancy safety data exists for the product.

Bottom line

Our view

We cannot call Nerve Savior safe for everyone, and no honest page can. What we can say is that the risks are specific and knowable. Three ingredients matter most: ginkgo for bleeding, green tea extract for the liver and for two drug interactions, and vitamin B6 for nerves when the total runs high.

If you take any prescription, or you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or living with a medical condition, talk to a doctor before you start. Bring the bottle, not just the name. If you are a healthy adult with no interactions, a short, tracked trial is a reasonable choice.
