Nerve Savior Disclaimer: FDA, Medical and Affiliate Notes
Nerve Savior is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and the FDA has not evaluated its label statements. Nothing on Nervesaviors.com is medical advice. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer, and we earn money from order links. Purchases run through an eBay listing sold by a third party. Results vary, and prices can change.

FDA statement
What is the FDA disclaimer for Nerve Savior?
The bottle label carries the standard FDA statement for dietary supplements. Here it is, word for word:
*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The asterisks on the front of the bottle tie each claim to that statement. The front says Nerve Savior supports healthy nerve function, blood flow and circulation, and the neurological system. Those are structure/function claims, the kind a supplement may make with this disclaimer (FDA, Structure/Function Claims).
The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, Supplement Q&A). Nerve Savior is not FDA-approved, and no page on this site says otherwise.
Medical disclaimer
Is Nerve Savior a treatment for neuropathy?
No. Nerve Savior is not a treatment for neuropathy, diabetes, nerve damage or any disease. Everything on nervesaviors.com is general information, not medical advice.
Numbness, tingling or burning in the hands or feet can be a sign of diabetes, low B12 or another condition. The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke says treatment depends on the cause (NINDS, Peripheral Neuropathy). That makes a checkup the right first step.
Ask before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take blood thinners, nadolol, atorvastatin or diabetes medicine, already take vitamin B6, limit salt, or have liver disease. Never stop a prescribed medicine to try a supplement.
The label itself says: "Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Adult Use Only."
Affiliate disclosure
Does Nervesaviors.com get paid when I buy Nerve Savior?
Yes. Nervesaviors earns money when you buy through our order links. Those links carry a "sponsored" tag in the page code, as search engines ask.
We call ourselves a "USA Authorized Nerve Savior Retailer". We are not the manufacturer, and we did not formulate the product. The label names the distributor as Syvor LLC, Salisbury, NC 28146. Being paid does not change what we print from the label, including its weak spots, such as the fact that no ingredient in the 600 mg blend has its own amount. See Supplement Facts for the full label.
Results vary
Will Nerve Savior work the same for everyone?
No. Individual results vary, and no trial of Nerve Savior itself has been published. Some sales pages online promise fast relief, but no evidence supports any timeline.
Ingredient studies we cite often used larger amounts than the blend's label math allows. Bacopa research used 300 to 600 mg of extract a day (LiverTox, Bacopa), while bacopa here is at most 150 mg. Ginkgo studies used 120 to 240 mg of extract (LiverTox, Ginkgo), and ginkgo here is at most 75 mg. Read the results timeline for a fair way to judge 30 days.
We publish no customer star ratings, review counts or testimonials until they can be verified.
Badges
What do the badges on Nerve Savior images mean?
Badges describe; they do not prove. The back label shows "Third Party Tested" and "GMP Certified" icons, but it names no lab and no certifier.
| Badge or mark | Where it appears | What we can confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Third Party Tested | Back label icon | No lab named |
| GMP Certified | Back label icon | No certifier named |
| U.S. flag | Back label | A flag only; no "Made in USA" wording |
| Vegan, GMO Free | Brand pack-shot only | Not stated on the label |
| 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed | Brand pack-shot only | The listing showed 30-day returns |
| Lot NS-26/NE-7316, CoA NS-7316-26-NE | Seller reference codes | Not lab proof |
Our testing and quality page explains each one in more detail.
Prices
Can the Nerve Savior price change?
Yes. On October 12, 2026, the eBay listing showed $19.95 per bottle with free U.S. shipping, about $0.67 a day. Prices, shipping estimates and return terms can change without notice.
The eBay checkout shows your final total before you pay. If that total differs from our pages, the checkout is correct.
Third-party seller
Who sells Nerve Savior on the eBay listing?
A third party. Our order buttons open an eBay listing sold by VitaminRush Health Shop, shipping from Salisbury, North Carolina (checked October 12, 2026). That seller, not Nervesaviors, ships the order and handles returns under eBay's rules.
The listing showed a 30-day return window with return shipping paid by the seller. Start a return from your eBay purchase history. We do not control the seller's stock, listing text or service.

Safety
Does natural mean Nerve Savior is safe for me?
Not by itself. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says natural does not always mean safe, and a supplement's contents may not match its label (NCCIH, Using Supplements Wisely).
The blend includes vitamin B6, and the NIH says too much B6 over time can cause nerve damage (ODS, Vitamin B6). By label math, the B6 here is at most about 86 mg, but the true amount is not printed. Count every B6 source you take, and tell your doctor about every supplement you use (ODS, What You Need to Know).
Accuracy
How reliable is the information about Nerve Savior?
We build every page from the bottle label and linked public sources, and we correct mistakes when we find them. The label always wins over brand graphics.
- One example: a brand graphic says to take the capsules "after meal", but the label says "between meals". We follow the label.
- Label math gives ceilings, not amounts. When we write "at most", we mean it.
- Research summaries describe the ingredients, not the finished product.

FAQ
Nerve Savior disclaimer FAQ
Does the FDA approve Nerve Savior?
No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before sale, and the label says its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Nerve Savior is not FDA-approved and is not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
Is Nerve Savior classed as a drug or a supplement?
Nerve Savior is a dietary supplement in capsules, 60 per bottle. It is not a drug and not a treatment for neuropathy, diabetes or nerve damage. The label says 2 capsules daily between meals.
Does Nervesaviors.com make money from Nerve Savior?
Yes. We get paid when you buy through our order links. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer. Being paid does not change the label facts we print, including what the label leaves out.
Are the Third Party Tested and GMP badges on Nerve Savior verified?
Not by us. The back label shows both icons but names no lab and no certifier. Vegan and GMO Free badges appear only in brand images, not on the label itself.
Is Nerve Savior sold by the manufacturer on eBay?
The listing our buttons open was sold by VitaminRush Health Shop on October 12, 2026. That seller is a third party. The label names Syvor LLC, Salisbury, NC 28146 as the distributor.
How long does Nerve Savior take to show results?
No one can say. Results vary, no trial of Nerve Savior has been published, and no evidence supports a fast-relief timeline. Judge it fairly over 30 days, and see a doctor for new or worse symptoms.
Can I trust Nerve Savior reviews I find online?
Be careful. We publish no star ratings or testimonials until they are verified. The FTC bans fake reviews (FTC, Fake Reviews Rule), so check that any review you read comes from a real buyer.
